Our future 4000+ square foot home will rest on 2.4 acres, less than 1/4 mile from the freshman dorms at Coastal Carolina University. It will provide us with the meeting, office, and storage space that we currently lack.  In Phase I, we are retrofitting the house portion with a kitchen, dining room,  bathrooms, gathering/study spaces, offices, storage, and a large screened in back porch. In Phase II, we will expand and complete our home with a chapel (including a sacristy and confessional), conference room, and additional flex space. Outside we will develop the property by adding a paved or concrete parking lot, trail through the wooded area with the Stations of the Cross, reflection garden, and sports field.
